Compliance Solutions Resources
Compliance Solutions supports preparation for Administrative Reviews and Procurement Reviews in the federal feeding programs. Participants are offered an assessment of any compliance review findings, where appropriate, and help for completing any corrective action plan that may be necessary.
In addition, any product or service solicitations and agreements withing the federal feeding programs can be assessed in advance of distribution to ensure all language required by federal procurement regulations is included in those documents. Working in cooperation with Procurement Solutions, federal feeding program sponsors are assisted to know which procurement method may be most appropriate to their needs and offered prototype procurement documents for their own use.
Compliance Solutions is a resource for members of the Arch Ford Foodservice Purchasing Cooperative as well to ensure that legal requirements at both the state and federal level are met.
